One month down…

Today marks exactly one month since rotations started and by default also my return to running. I am progressing OK, and I will probably introduce some pick-ups or intervals next week to start building back my speed. Lately, however, I have noticed a little bit of sensation in my left shin again. Hopefully it’ll go away but I’ll try icing it afterwards just in case it starts to flare up again. Peace!
